Carphone Warehouse/O2 contract termination postal address
Hi,
Anyone know the postal address I have to send confirmation that I don't wish to renew my existing Carphone Warehouse O2 contract ? Presumably it's the CPWH customer services address ?
(Ideally there would be an Email address or FAX number - anyone know if it can be done this way)
I thought they were desperate to keep punters but no-one could beat/match my existing cashback deal in order to retain me so I'll just get a new one
TIA

It's an address in Southampton that you have to write to, preferably recorded delivery, but first you have to contact CPW/o2 C/S for a cancellation reference that has to be quoted in your letter. No confirmation, hence the recorded delivery, is sent to you but if you require a PAC in the cancellation this will arrive by text up to 7 days later. Hopefully..... We are talking about CPW here!!!!!!!

Beware this. They fight tooth and nail to stop you cancelling. Read the relevant thread!0

They've pulled the "you can only request termination 34 days in advance of contract end and the 34 day period is actually tomorrow" story LOL!0

They always do. Should be the name of a Bond movie - Tomorrow Never Comes.0
