ONETEL Bundles

I'm considering moving to onetels broadband/mobile/landline bundles. Any feedback about thier pricing and quality of service would be appreciated

Thanks

Their customer support is truly attrocious.
I would be wary of switching the line rental away from BT (even though BT support is really bad too) as onetel are not always cheaper and may prohibit you from using other telecoms companies such as 18866 and 1899 etc.

Their deals are not as good value as choosing different suppliers and also make it difficult for you to change one part of your package (you are locked in to a fair degree)

I would say - don't do it - decide what you really need/want and look for the best in each area.

There are some great deals with adsl at £10 per month and new mobile contracts that are virtually free for a year that mean the onetel package does not stack up financially or in any other way.

Note I am a onetel customer and a BT customer. i.e I pay BT line rental and use Onetel for the odd call that I cannot put via 18866 or 1899 (or via BT if I have to use 0870 and 0845 numbers)
    To infinity and beyond!

Why don't you "make that call" as other MSE users have done here and here and reduced their NTL bills by threatening to leave.
