as i understand it (described by phorm), regardless of whether you opt in or out, your data will travel through phorm's equipment. once the equipment is in the exchange the technology will be in place to spy on anyone's net activity (and the data sent to usa/china) this can not be allowed to happen.

I agree, and the law might just see a conspiracy to defraud in this behavior.

CarphoneWarehouse are backtracking a bit and Phorm shares take a tumble.

Hope they sink without trace.

this time next year, phorm execs will either be on the dole, or billionaires, sadly, my money (if i had some) would be on the latter...
