I rang Staples the other day as my order hadn't gone through. They told me that they only deal with businesses, and i had to prove that i was a business or they wouldnt send me my products. Is this right?

I don't know about that, as far as I know staples deal with everybody.

This offer has been emailed to business account customers. With a previous such offer myself included the order was cancelled when we were asked to prove we were business customers however since then I am still being sent such offers so who knows whether they will honour it.

It does say at the bottom of the page that the site is for business account customers only.
