DVD SOON CANADA Please help !!!

DVD-Soon used to be great. I've bought plenty of films through them several months before they were released in the UK, and often at prices much lower than the UK too.

In the past year or so their reputation has plummetted, however. I ordered a Bob The Builder DVD for my son which never arrived. They credited the money back to my DVDSoon account but I couldn't credit it back to my credit card. After much to-ing and fro-ing I gave up on it, it was less than £4 anyway. I also ordered the 2-Disc "U2 Live In Chicago" dvd and they only sent me the cheaper single-disc version. I was going to send it back for a replacement but I'd completely lost faith in them by then so I just flogged in on ebay and bought the 2-disc version elsewhere.

As others have pointed out, you don't have to look too far to find plenty of others who've had problems with DVD Soon recently. The "DVD Reviewer" and "AV Forums" message boards are prime examples. The general advice at the moment seems to be "don't even touch them with a bargepole with a very long thing stuck onto the end".
