Just found out from a friend that they are re-launching Medics Night this Thursday with loads of drinks offers and free bubbly to groups of 6 or more - I am so gonna be there! :beer:

I love Cardiff and have lived here for nearly 20 years, but, the pubs are pretty awful, especially for a capital city. You just compare Cardiff pubs with say London or Edinburgh or Dublin or even Bristol, Leeds, Manchester.
Brains has alot to answer for. And the problem is you get so used to how crap the pubs are that even normal half decent ones that are two a penny in any other city get raved about ie The Albany.
