Hi all.

Just to let you know the pre-sale through this link is working now.

You can only buy Weekend with Camping (at either venue) or Sunday @ Weston Park or Saturday @ Chelmesford.

Just got 4 weekend tickets through it.

Does anybody know when these tickets are due to be sent out?

Usually 10-14 days before the festival. They never send them out early as too many people lose or sell them. Usually beginning of August the bulk are sent out. Certainly wouldn't be remotely worried up until 5 days before as per the booking email.

Cheers, My son had some, but he's since moved abroad so has sold his tickets to a former work colleague, now I'm worried as we will be away the 1st two weeks of August, and wont be available to pass the tickets on. There's always a problem!!!

Sorry am I missing something, I hate music festivals but have been intrigued reading the thread. However I cannot see what Harrietxxx actually did wrong to deserve the above condenation????

Depending on who you ordered them with, they may deliver it somewhere else for you e.g. work, neighbour. The big companies e.g. see always email you to let you know when they've been dispatched and then it's a case of ensuring someone will be home to sign for them else you'll have to rearrange delivery.

Oh, Thanks that's a great help, I will contact my son, and find out where he got the tickets from. If they send e-mails it won't be so bad!
