V Festival Tickets!!!

I'm a virgin media customer (have been for more than a year) and my friend (been with virgin for about 5 years) are both getting this error message:

"V Festival Pre-sale
Are your account details correct? Please check and try again. If you've just joined us, we may not have your details to hand yet or the details you've entered may have already been used (only one order per customer is allowed).

Please try again on 6th March from midday - we'll have your details loaded up then."

Grrrrrrrr - any idea's?

is there actually any difference between chelmsford and staffordshire, is one meant to be better than the other?

Yep! If you account number starts with a 0, simply remove it! So 0123456789 becomes 123456789! Works a treat!

my account number is 8 digits and starts with 5 and I'm getting same error message

I don't want to perch too high up on my soapbox, but people who are buying these early released tickets to sell on E-Bay really make my blood boil.

Some poor sod will be desperate to get their hands on a ticket, and will struggle to pay the asking price anyway. Putting them on E-Bay and exploiting their popularity is ridiculous.

Ticket touting is not very Money-Saving spirited. Its greedy.

I personally hope these tickets are non-transferable and you lose out.

Yes weston park is loads better - well it is for me anyway as mum and dad only live 2 miles down the road!

With 400+ posts under your belt you really should know better Harietxxx - and I think you do - another one just creating work for the volunteers that keep grabbit easy to use.

Come on - I just hit search and put in "V Festival" and there it was near the bottom of the page.

Sigh.
