wots cheapest broadband for just 1 months use

hi, im gonna be staying with a friend for about a month, they have dial up, what is the cheapest way of getting broadband set up there just for the short time,

There won't be a cheap option. It would cost you ~£60 in activation cost + one months rental for ADSL. In addition it takes 10 working days officially for broadband to be activated.
The cable companies will probably tie you into a 12 month deal.

Think you need to persuade your friend that Broadband is a good idea otherwise it will cost you a fortune in set up and not many firms do just 1 month contracts. Nildram do however.0

Quite a few firms do 1 month contracts now. However, you have to factor in the activation costs ~£60.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:

Virgin do a one month contract with free modem and activation.
However they recently added a clause in their T&Cs stating that if you cancel before 12 months they reserve the right to charge a £50 fee.0
