Pm me and i'll help you out tomorrow when i log in x0 -
Well you've missed the boat on that one. At such a keen price I've just offered full asking for cash.
The carpet was the final decider for me.
Thanks for the tip off.

Seriously though, I'd be interested to hear opinions on Llanedryn.
I've looked at Radyr, Llandaff, Lisvane.
They're all a bit "family". And I am not a family.
And that Llanedeyrn keeps coming up. But looking at the map I don't think it's in an area that would turn out to be too desirable. Or maybe I am just biased against anything that's Newport-side of things (Knifing centre of UK I heard).
And it's not got a station.
And everything on RM looks like it's on a council estate.0 -
I don't know if you'd be wanting to wait until tomorrow on this one, I think that you'd need to go in now and go in hard. It's less than 160 miles between this place and the Olympic Village and that's got to bring the value up even further.
I'm not sure that the local school is really all that good though.0 -
Crikey. Only 160???
Damn. The Russians will be all over it by morning. They're ahead of us timewise!!!!0 -
It looks a bit overpriced at

Well and estate agent's 160 a bit like the 2 acre garden in the other thread.0 -
Easiest way to find out good and bad areas is to see whether the postcode qualifies for reduced stamp duty. If it does, don't buy there!0

Hint (for some): this house should be listed at about £160k. they probably mis-typed £164,480 imho.
We KNOW it's not worth £3.6million0 -
If you click on the brochure it seems actually to be on the mkt for £120k.0
