Contract ends soon - Options?

My current contact with "three" ends in September and I hate all of their phones so I will be giving them my 30 day notice in about 2 weeks time.

I don't care about losing my mobile number - I find switching providers a good way of ditching people you don't want ringing you anyway although I may get the PAC code and transfer it to an O2 PAYG sim anyway.

Over the past 10 months or so I have been using on average 200 mins X net and around 150 texts.

I can see that all of the other networks offer tariffs which offer 200 mins and usually 50 to 100 texts a month for around £30 a month.

I am also aware of companies such as E2save and Dialaphone who offer cashback, therefore reducing the annual line rental spend.

My ideal requirements are:

O2 network (will consider Orange and Voda at a push)
12 Month contract
200 X-Net mins (would also like 300 if the deal is good enough)
100 texts (with the option to bulk buy a further 100)
Samsung E720 or D500 (I used to own a T100 and P400 and loved them both)
Enough cashback to make the monthly equivalent line rental between £10 and £15.
Use a company with a good track record like CPW, DAP, E2S.

Can anyone point me in the direction of any offers I may think suitable?
