Hey everyone, hope everyone had a nice mothers day no matter what you were doing or who you were doing it with. Back to normal now I guess! Anyone up to anything nice today? Got nothing planned.. Ste's starting his 'new' job today, I should really do some housework but meh... lol

    morning!!! weather fab here today, but im off to the dentist now, and the only one i could get was ages ages away so have to get on the motorway, this dental system is crazy it tell you crazy!!!
    I may have to pop to town to get some milk etc then on way back so have to spend! then this afternoon i have orders to make up with the crystal jewellery scheme. so hope to make some extra cash that way

    feeling a bit meh myself had a headache all weekend. got loads to do but not feeling like doing anything at all.

    Morning all .... today should be the day of MIL's operation but we have just had a call to say they may have to cancel because there are no intensive care beds!!! How can they not have known that last night when they gave her her pre-med !!!!!!. Anyway, they said they should know by 10am if there will be a bed by tonight when her surgery was due to finish. Otherwise she will be coming home and we will have to go through all this again :(

    Morning guys

    I have been poorly all weekend (since Thursday) and thought I needed to see the doc, having self-diagnosed a kidney infection!!!

    Well I spent about 20 mins on the 0845 number to my docs to be told that there were high call volumes and to call back at a less busy time... how on earth am i supposed to know when that is?! Managed to get through to my doc and the line cut out, so called back and managed to speak to the other doc who said it was viral and to keep warm, rest and drink lots. He told me to take paracetamol and laughed when i said that i was sick when i tried to take some last night! Nice doc! So will spend rest of the day, on the sofa, with a hot water bottle on my back and some lemonade by my side... _pale_ _pale_ _pale_
    Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

    Freezing cold here - I have Raynauds so whenever it's cold my fingers and toes tend to get painful and change colour!

    Still panicking about finding £50 or £60 for the work day out on Friday and face a walk / cycle to the Airport in the morning as I can't even afford the bus fare so with anything luck I'll get seperated from the crowd in Dublin and get to just go cheap window shopping rather than eating out / putting in to the drinks kitty when I don't drink / going round a brewery / boat tours..................Going to be very expensive I fear.
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
