Paid by Paypal but want to deliver in person - advice pls

Thank you all.
I've just spoken to the chap on the phone and explained the situation with Paypal and he fully understood the problem as he's a regular seller himself. We decided that the best course of action would be for me to issue a Paypal refund and for him to pay by cash on delivery. I also negotiated the delivery cost down to a fiver which he's happy with as he's saving £7 there and also can rest easy that he's getting his item hand delivered by me and not chucked about by the RM.

sounds good that.
normally i would advise against delivering by hand, i had some swine try it on a few years ago, except he paid by cheque, silly !!!!.helpful tips
