I want a new PAYG phone
I have a Sony Ericson K750i which is about 3 years old and starting to "act up" a bit. It was on a company contract but was converted to PAYG when I retired. My usage is very low - maybe £5/month or so, so I don't want to go the contract route. AND I want to keep my present number.
Am I correct in my understanding that all I have to do is get a phone from Orange and then insert my current SIM into the new phone?

foggytown,
I'm assuming from your post that you are on Orange.
Yes, you could get a phone from them then pop your existing sim card in there.
Or you could get a phone from elsewhere and unlock it (possibly for free) then put your sim in.
See the Sticky thread at the top of the Mobile Phones for free unlocking of various phones......and then the window licker said to me...0
