The only thing I have that is yellow is a pair of knickers! So A&W'smum that's my yellow for tomorrow. Thinking of you.
Likkle gibbon - please do send me ear plugs - I'm already fed up with 3 blind mice!! She also told the music teacher that I was going to buy a recorder to practise with her and she came out of the lesson, with the teacher who said 'what a wonderful idea to buy a recorder to help your daughter, she will learn much quicker'! DD1 hasn't stopped going on about it.
Had parents evening tonight. DD1 on track for 2b grades in sats, apparantly thats what they are aiming for. Happy with that as any reading, spellings, homework etc that she has is just a nightmare and more often than not I just give in and say forget it! Tonight she did spellings and reading, but I think it's because I told her she was doing well and her teacher asked me to make sure she did what she brought home - it won't last!
DD2 - age 3 - getting on lovely, wanting to learn letters and good with her numbers. Very loud, bossy and all the boys follow her around and fight to sit next to her!!! Oh no!!
JulieJim - DD1 goes to Rainbows. Hasn't gone for last 2 weeks and said she's not going anymore. Most of her friends are already 7 and now at brownies so I think this is why. I will check with her if she def is not going anymore and if not you can have her uniform. It's a small, obviously not new, had plenty of washes but in reasonable nick. I'll check with her in the morning and let you know. If it's not the right size or you don't want it, it's not a prob as I will give it to the rainbows to add to their stock.
Done a bit of flying. Left work, came home, cleaned my bedroom, sorted undies drawer (that's how I know I have yellow ones, who knows why!) and tshirt/pj drawer. Flung - 35 pairs of knicks!!!! still got loads left, 10 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of pjs and 5 tshirts - how good is that!
Picked dd2 up from school, hoovered upstairs, cleared carp, sorry toys from floor first, dd2 wouldn't let me hoover them! Took dd2 to mums, went to parent evening, picked up dd1 from friends, went to mums and had tea (bonus), got home, bathed kids, ready for bed, read school book, did spellings, bedded them. S&S kitchen, cleared front room of rubbish.
Now perusing threads while drinking coffee, off to bed in about 10 mins.
Pigpen - what a family! Are you all close?
G&B - I also make my scones with butter, much more creamy.
Anyway, I think thats it for now, have a good nights sleep and a good day tomorrow all. nite nite.
Michelle - hope little one is feeling better soon.Need to sort my life out! :T0 -
Evening all.
Well the evening got no better with the boys, DS2 has a limp after being stood on by DS1 who is being bloomin' evil lately, he also whacked him in the face and a few other things. But there is good news, we did realise something :j the next assignment (due in next wednesday) is only half a one, because it's split into 2 parts :jPHEW!!! So much less work than I anticipated is required, ok the next parts due at the beginning of April but a relief all the same. One problem I have found is I might have done my assignment slightly wrong, I spent ages writing it up and making it all neat, labelling the graph pages etc, to find a note to 'include it in your output and not expect the tutor to have to find the parts' ARGGH! Oh well only time will tell, too late now to do anything about it. It's not like I just shoved it all together.
Racking my brains trying to think of something yellow, I used to wear loads when I was younger but don't think I own any now, then I found a bright yellow baseball cap belonging to DS2 so if I don't find anything I'll be the walking beacon tomorrowI don't think our daffy's are quite out yet, the ones at the front of the house are peeking, might treat myself to some roses instead
Regardless of what yellow things I find, will be thinking of you all day tomorrow AnWsMum as I know all the other Flyladies will.
Mudbath, scary about the not being able to feel your fingers!!!!
vanilla ouch!!! hope it's better in the morning
Michelle, hope you are feeling better tomorrow, maybe a natural remedy for 'clearing' is needed, are you allowed when pregnant/do you like prunes or something?
I didn't realise shell had chicken pox, eeek! Hope you're better soon shell x
Right quick list for me then bed (sorry bedroom day tomorrow here but will do the bathroom/desk too as I need to clear the last assignment work up so I can start this one) DP thought it was Wednesday when he got up this morning and for the first time ever decided to strip the bed :rotfl:so I have to put it back on before I can go to bed. I still feel very tired, so going for the early night option. Oh and another ARGH moment, DS2s put his PJs in the washer this morning with the pull up inside  so we've got bits of nappy type stuff all over the washload I just did, washing again now, will then dry, shake and likely have to run it back through maybe more than once.
Dailies inc boys up, dressed and fed. Meals (lost meal plan so must find something) Dogs grooming, outing and feeding. One normal wash load. Fill, start then empty DW. Deal with post. Online banking & bills paying.
Strip bed (as soon as DP is up)
Take car to garage as still having issues with middle seat belt
Several wash loads to get the linen washed.
Line/tumble dry (depends on weather)
3 (or more) hours study time somewhere over the day
HHE - time to get on the cross trainer!
DS2 to football (if his legs is better)
Night time stuff inc packed lunch, boys bed and bathed etcOne day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Thanks everyone you have no idea what it means to me, will not get chance to post in the morning and probably not be able to stop myself shaking long enough anyway!
Will practise the deep slow breathing before they arrive to pick us up, brave front and all that.
Will try and post an update tomorrow night.
