I've nothing yellow to wear and no bananas in the house but I'll take a lemon in my lunchbox to remind me to send positive vibes tomorrow.

Hi all, not really flying to the list this week. I've had a couple of days off work catching up with a mate who's been working up this way. I have managed to give the livingroom a good do and a change around and a trip to Ikea today though. And I've spent the past hour setting up wireless thingummy for my laptop..seems to have worked too, I've amazed myself!

A bit out of sequence but I'm going to do the kitchen this evening once I've made my tea.

Hugs to the itchy, bruised, fractured, fed up. Congratulations to the newbies, returners and anyone else seeing the benefit of hard work in whatever area.

    Evening!
Lacking in the yellow clothing (clashes with the hair!)- but do have pin on daffodil. Will wear for AnW's Mum and send angels your way!
Feeling much better today, but work was rubbish. Someone I thought was a friend is not speaking to me as we are in the middle of some organisational changes and jobs and positions are moving. I thought she would realise that 'work' is in one box and 'friends' is in another box and I can't tell her about things or give her any special treatment as that's not professional:sad: . Does that sound harsh?? Think I'll let her have tonight and maybe try and catch her in the morning to explain that we were friends before we worked in the school and it would be a shame to lose that friendship over work.
Fly wise, the man from Tescos arrived (and all in one piece), but then flying seriously curtailed by strong smell of gas in house. Called emergency line and followed all instructions, sat in freezing cold in dark, till nice man arrived. Apparently no probs with gas - just one of those things! AARRGGHH! Still - DH decided that we needed a pizza as it was too late then to cook for gingerkids.
OK - tonights plan is to tackle the mountain of ironing with Max Beesley whilst DH watches Arsenal in the other room.
Have told another friend at work about the thread today at work - so maybe we'll have another convert.:j

Hi everyone been busy today and haven't had a chance to read the thread so hugs to everyone who needs one. Hopefully will catch up on it later.

We got a new bed today:j no more sleeping on the floor:rotfl: went to move the wood that was under the mattress to throw it out, i was holding it and hubby gave it a kick and i droped it on my foot:mad: in pain but bearable then i sat down for a cuppa and couldn't put any weight on it so of to A&E, who said it was badly brusied and that i should just take painkillers. I really can't walk on it, nor drive and i'm still in awful pain even with painkillers in me:confused: , the kids think it's funny and now call me hopalong. :rotfl:

Right gonna get kids ready for bed and bed sheets out of TD, can't wait to get into bed tonight.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
    :j :j
