anyway, i will enjoy my day with DS, and try to get some stuff done while at home for the day.

I haven't read the posts yet, so hugs to everyone and hope your doing ok.
I feel like I've got loads done this morning. I overheated the hoover again so I have to wait for that cool down. I also don't seem to have a full load of washing to put on...how weird is that?

Tripping Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
[strike]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/strike]
Level Two
[strike]Sweep[/strike] and mop floors
[strike]Sort & clean fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front, clean out any spills or grots in there![/strike]
[strike]Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)[/strike]
Level Three
[strike]Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round[/strike]
[strike]Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc[/strike]
[strike]Clean out the cupboard with the miscellaneous gibble in!! I'm sure you can get rid of half of it![/strike]
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
[strike]Check those washing machine filters and drawers for ickiness!! Tumble dryer, cooker hood and dishwasher filters need to be done too!![/strike]
Extra Mission
Choose one or more of:

• [strike]Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms[/strike]
• Clean oven if it really needs it.. or [strike]just do the hob[/strike] or a knob or the oven shelves
• 42 fling boogie.. GO!

DS has a football tournament thingy this afternoon, I'm just wait for the school to ring me to cornfirm the time. So I'm having a coffee and some food.
I don't have a cooker hood, but I have lights above the stove that get yuk, so I should probably put those on my list to do. Will try when I get back this afternoon....
Oh, does anyone know a good cleaner for stain less steel. Something to get my toaster, kettle, breadbin and front of cooker clean..???

LOL - OK, the dog biscuit was enough motivation for me. I'm starting now!!!

Stainless steal - oil. I used WD40 but you can use baby oil, even veg oil etc.

Just realised it's not 11am yet

I'd say its brushed stell. It has those grimy bits, where people fingers are....do you know what I mean?
I don't want scrub at it in case I scratch it..

Will oil get those bits off? or is that just to make it shine?

I have a brushed steel toaster, i was on the verge of getting a new one because it was all yellow at the top from the heat. Tried everything except...
Bar Keepers Friend, the stuff is genius! Only word of warning is it can take off lettering etc, but on the whole is fab. Once its clean use an E-cloth to get it streak free.

Sorry I haven't read your posts yet as I have a mega headache and can't look at the screen. Maybe its because we have sun shine and I haven't seen any for over a week. I am printing up todays list for DS2 to do as he is attached to a computer game. He is 19 so can do lots of the heavy stuff.

I spent this morning sorting out our bedroom as it had become the dump while I was away.

I will try to post again later this afternoon. Off to get something for my head.
