etyres.co.uk Fitted my tyres, then refunded my money.
Here's the timeline.
Jan 23rd: Order 2 tyres online. Fitting organised for 26th.
Jan 26th: Tyres fitted. Etyres Take money from account.
Jan 28th: I get a voicemail message asking for me to ring Etyres. I ring back, person who wanted to speak to my wasn't available, so I leave my work contact number. I suspect somethings up, so I check my bank account online. Etyres have refunded my money.
I haven't heard anything else yet.
Do i contact them or do i let them contact me first?

Do what any good respectable person would do............
Not say a thing to them! Let them contact you!0 -
Yeah don't waste your time and effort. You have given them payment details, you have given your phone number - let them call you.0

Are you sure they didn't take 2 payments or anything?0

Maybe they want to tell you the tyres they have fitted are faulty.
They've therefore refunded your money.0 -

The number *may* not be etyres, also the onus is on etyres to call
A simple Google check shows that it is their number and the guy did say they have been trying to contact him, however it I do agree that posting on a public forum is not a particularly good way to conduct business.0
