. I`m looking for a website that has good ideas how i can turn them into nice christmas cards or even a magazine that has good ideas.
I also need some card blanks shall i got ones big enough to take the whole paper or just cut papers down. These are the first christmas cards i will have ever made:eek: .
I have made birthday with rubber stamps ( at a class mind you ) and invites.
Many thanks

Cool a halloween challenge abusybee. Luckily I bought a spiderweb stamp from craftsulove so I'm just waiting for that to be delivered. I hope its not really small.
Ikkle87 - good luck, I hope you win!
Saveapenny - welcome back!
Brookeslay - I cut my papers down too like Polly.
Sonee2405 - I finally got all my missing bits from my two orders from onestopcards, so hopefully you'll get yours soon.

My favorite magazines for great ideas and inspiration are quick cards made easy and the sister magazine cardmaking and papercraft heres the website for both www.cardmakingandpapercraft.com I also use do craft site alot and the trim craft site www.trimcraft.co.uk Re your card blank question i always cut the backing paper down HTHs
thanks for the useful information :A polly1976 I also thought about cutting some in half and adding vellum over them and a ribbon along the edge.
also good luck Ikkle:T
saveapenny the anniversary sounds lovely strawberrys and champagne
I`m not a big drinker though as i can`t drink atm it makes you miss it !
finally does anyone know where to get either fimo or metal embelishments
that are little wellies or country boots.
I want to make a bookmark like these
http://www.undergrowby.com/html/friendship_boots.html
thanks B0 -
Brookeslay - sorry cant help you with the wellie boots although I would imagine you should be able to get something similar at a craft shop or somewhere like hobby craft.
I just thought I would show off what I have been doing this weekend. I have made a 1st birthday card for my niece, its her birthday this week. I really did leave it till the last minute. The picture doesnt show it very well but the felt letters are mounted on silver miri card and on the inside the hanging bit has acetate in the centre of the circle which I drew on with metalic markers and edged in glitter glue
And this one is a christenning card:heart2::rotfl: :rotfl: :heart2:I LOVE A BARGIN:heart2: :rotfl: :rotfl:TIME TO START SHOPPING FOR NEXT CHRISTMAS:dance: I LOVE THE SALES!!!!!:dance:0 -

Feeling lots lots better now thanks guys, booking in with the midwife tomorrow!!
Really need to start thinking about thank you cards, especially as we're up in Liverpool at the weekend, would be a good chance to save on some postage... The housework has been piling up while I've been laid up though so I'm really up against it...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Don't go worrying about the housework Krystal, make sure you don't overdo it
Abusybee, love your cards. Can I please ask where you got your Christening paper from, it is really gorgeous
Brookeslay, I'll have a look out for some wellie shapes and let you know if I find any. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
