  • I'm really sorry if this has been asked a million times before, but could anyone tell me if they know of any websites or specific shops where I can bulk-buy cheap envelopes? I'd quite like them to be small (I usually make them smaller than A6, sometimes even smaller than A7). Also what about card? Do most of you use card that you fold yourself or use pre-folded blank cards?

I'm thinking of making tiny fuzzy felt style scenes for my Christmas cards this year.

We have a problem with the ink in out proper printer at the min. Waiting for OH to get paid for his last job then we are going to go for a continuous ink supply I could wait but want to get it finished. I know papermani do some lovely ones but its finding somewhere that stocks a good wide range then finding one small enough. I will have a look and see what I can find. I might be able to *tell* oh to take it into work and print it off for me :rotfl: x

I go to shops like poundland, home bargins or poundstretcher (intore) and buy packs of a6 envelopes they are between 50p and 80p for 50 envelopes. You can get the self adhesive ones or the more traditional gummed ones. I know polly has an envelope maker and buys sheets of posh paper to do them with but I don't know how much all that costs. There is also someone on the thread (sorry I can't remember who) who makes their own from magazine pages which is ingenious:j . Hope this helps.

My heat embossing free gift has arrived from Papercraft Inspirations. I have been putting off buying one in the hope it did arrive but have almost given up hope on numerous occasions. I dont have to keep borrowing my Mums now and then rushing it back when she realises I have got it and she is waiting to use it...................he he he

    Hi

Does anyone have Issue 16 (I think, it's the one about making holiday cards) of Let's Make Cards? If so, could you please post the subscription offer - what the free gift was, what you had to quote and any T&Cs? I'm chasing up my free gift and they're saying I'm not supposed to be getting one!

    Thanks
