Does anyone know where I could buy (online if possible) a cheap, basic starter kit that includes things like a knife, cutting mat, hole puncher etc? Don't need card blanks and embellishments, just the tools :)

    Thanks all

lilian - thanks for the link. I'll have a look at that.

polly - sounds like you've had a lot of fun.........always wanted to have a go at an exploding box but never dare attempt it in case (knowing my luck) it would all go wrong..............probably explode at me.................lol:rotfl:

I bought my knife and cutting mat from Wilkinsons for a grand £1.50 each...

Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Polly1976 & mumoftwo - it sounds like you had a great weekend. I wish I had someone to come round and create stuff with, but alas I have no-one. That's why I like these threads so much because you can natter with people who are interested in the same things! I shall be expecting to see loads of photos!
Lilian1977 - you are already a bad influence on me. I checked out onestopcardscrafts and bought some dovecraft chipboard boxes and matching papers, thanks so much for the tip. I have been after them for ages, I always love websites that offer free postage.
