Mobile Phone Tones

Does anyone know how to get rid of unwanted text messages coming through? My son is receiving messages from a company called buongiorni.com offering him free tones - the downside is the message costs a £1.00 a time and is received quite frequently. It is not possible to reply to the text message so I have emailed the company but have not had any response. Thanks. Lynne

  • I sent an email and got an automated reply saying Fraser Lewry has left the building - for editorial matters contact someone else. So not sure if that will work perhaps I will have to wait a while to find out. Thanks. Lynne

You should try contacting your network. I'm not sure about other networks, but I know T-Mobile can add a bar to your account to stop you being able to recieve these chargeable texts.
I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.
