Mobile Phone Tones

Does anyone know how to get rid of unwanted text messages coming through? My son is receiving messages from a company called buongiorni.com offering him free tones - the downside is the message costs a £1.00 a time and is received quite frequently. It is not possible to reply to the text message so I have emailed the company but have not had any response. Thanks. Lynne

I sent an email and got an automated reply saying Fraser Lewry has left the building - for editorial matters contact someone else. So not sure if that will work perhaps I will have to wait a while to find out. Thanks. Lynne0

You should try contacting your network. I'm not sure about other networks, but I know T-Mobile can add a bar to your account to stop you being able to recieve these chargeable texts.I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.0

Unfortunately there is no text message number just a website and no facility to reply when press options. Thanks anyway. L0
