Hi all, I am here just not posting, many reasons for that but I will be fine soon.
Sarah, I am having a week off from the challenge it will be back next Saturday though. Patch is doing very well, she is loving her new home and its amazing having another furry friend around. However didnt quite get to sell my other cage as when I went shopping for enrichment things for pacth my brother saw another hamster called biscuit. Only she was in pets at home adoption centre because her owners couldnt care for her. So she is now resident in my brothers room  Another cutie though.
Gem, thanks I am doing quite well ehgoing to sort out next months budget and see how much I can save to each of those and see how we go. I have hd the finacial pack through for the first ou course so I will fill that in this weekend. However I need my driving licence countersigned as proff I am me. To do that I may have to travel to the bristol centre as I know no one on the list. Its not far though
Been a bit naughty really. I was suppose to save £100 of the money my brother owed me back but I havent. I have payed off some extra from argos, brought a pc game (which then needed a graphics card ~ which I need to replace ), got lots of pet food and have been eating in work again!
I have £50 left untill the 15th and apart from buying a new lunch box (mine has gone all moldly), buying a few craft bits and going to the cinema I dont have to spend anything :T So fingers crossed I can head to pay day with a few pennys
Will be back with augusts soa soon :j0 -

I'm craving another dog, either an English Bull terrier, or a British bull dog

Its probably a bit big for lunch, but I thought it looked cool, and I know you're into your enviro-friendly bags....'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
I saw your game purchase, I love the Sims 2 - it's so addictive. I have two of the add ons but I can't install one onto my PC because I need more RAMNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130

raph ~ they certainly do, I usually stay away from the adoption bit of pets at home because I know its not fair buying yet another animal... but a rescue one is different surely
Yep eww at the lunch box, it was only a cheap one from asda (£1), it was too small anyways.
sarah ~ Awww I know but I sometimes I still feel guilty when I spend money. Thats why I dont really go and post on the daily spends thread as I dont feel 'right'. Thanks for the link, I was going to get a doy bag recylced one however it would heve been too big. I ended up going for this one which was £5 so not too bad.
gem ~ I had the sims for ages but I ended up selling them. I brought the sims one complete collection a month ago but I really wanted the sims 2. Found it for £20 deluxe so not too bad but now my graphics wont handle it. Need to swap a graphics card I have brought though because it doesnt fit my pc
Right went and saw wall.e and loved it :j going to try and get it on dvd when its released. I also brought my craft stuff (including some dye to dye my work trousers) and my lunch box and lunch for the next few weeks. So I now have £16.10 till the 15th, so basically £1 per day which is my bottes of water while working and a can for dinner :T woo hoo :rotfl: Now I am off to work out my monthly soa before I start the weekly challenge :j0 -
Here we go, augusts soa, what do you think?
£175.00 ~ rent
£5.00 ~ internet
£11.00 ~ house ins
£25.00 ~ bus tickets
£55.00 ~ locked saver (yearly savings)
£35.00 ~ web saver (ou course)
£100.00 ~ ou course
£100.00 ~ yearly savings
£100.00 ~ holiday spends
£29.50 ~ stamping up
Total = £635.50
Leaving £114.50 on old wages
Therefore taking my percentages up to
Ou course ~ 15%
Yearly savings ~ 26%
Any extra I get for being on the higher wages will just be thrown into my ou savings
Opps just relised the left over stuff needs to pay for my eye test ~ lets hope I dont need different glasses0 -
Ok I am not happy  I came to the conclusion that I have to be ruthless on my clutter thats buliding. Anyways I decided that maybe I should get rid of some of my wii games, the ones I dont use much ~ as you all know this is a huge step for me. So I have narrowed it down to keeping just 7 games and that includes wii sports and play :j So last night I spend ages on turbo lister listing everything a total of 23 games (some my brothers) and my brother xbox360 for turbo lister to completely crash big styleee    apparently I hadnt downloaded an update... so I am starting all again :rotfl: However thats a good thing I think because I cant list them for a few days anyways because I cant send the items till after payday anyways :rotfl:
In other good news though last night I didnt get to bed till 2 am... now why is that good news I here you say. Well I had been reading one of my books I brought from amazon (with the in the red book). Now the book I have wanted since release but just didnt buy it. Well I had been reading it most of the week and last night it came to the climax and I had to find out the final outcome before I went to bed. Well it was kinda sad but it also had some sort of meaning in my own life (regarding my father and such) so it was really good. Another book for green met :rotfl:0 -
 today is getting worse... just checked my online banking and I have gone overdrawn by 1p  I knew it may happen and I was all set putting £5 in on monday however it has all came out yesterday and I didnt spot it untill today. If I would have known I would have walked the 2 miles to the bank yesterday morning to put soem money in
So i guess I will have to swallow the £30 charge thats going to hit my account soon... what a painmy own fault though
