o2 Contract phones and you
I took my handset three times to o2, to be told they had fixed it each time. On the fourth occasion I told them it was not charging. They confirmed me diagnosis (not made by their experts on 3 occasions) and said the charging input on the handset was damaged because I had inserted the wrong charger. Why would I do this if I had the correct charger? Logically,it could have been damaged by a faulty charger but they never wanted to check
the charger. Result? A deadlock letter from their complaints section and a £25 insurance surcharge for me. Moral? Stay away from o2.
