i'm really sorry if this has already been done but i'm new to the board and not sure how to search yet.

i got a phone from E2save in September with 8 months free by redemption and have been trying to find out when i had to send a copy of my bill in, i could not access my account because my id number and email account where not working for some reason and every time i called, the phone went dead after saying 'calls may be recorded' anyway, i tried ringing carphone warehouse and a lot of other numbers i realised i had to ring and ring until it finally connected to have a 30 minute hold and then be informed i didn't get my bill in time, as i needed to send the January one in by Feb 14th and as i hadn't, because i'm on a pricematch deal i win't get any of the cash back at all, which would total £240 altogether. I am so upset, and i know i should have read the terms and conditions properly but i was due to give birth and probably just scanned them, also, i am not happy with my network provider anyway but i didn't try to cancel it because i thought i was on a good offer.

does anyone know if there is anything i can do?

thanks very much in advance.

If you breached the offer conditions (which it seems you did), then there is nothing that can be done.

However, if in fact you did submit your claim properly, then read through the e2save thread for advice on how to sue them for your money.

    Always worth a try.

But don't get your hopes up - then you won't be too disappointed if they stick to the rules.
