Woolworths (Warrington) had plenty on sale yesterday for £1 - I saw them but didn't realise there was pampering - I thought it was just activities, and being a lazybones I didn't buy!0

Me & OH booked karting through the number on the website but have been waiting well over a week for the confirmation letter to tell us what date we'll get. Well the 1st of our possible dates is coming very soon so I reluctantly called up again. I've just been told they've got "lots of problems" & was asked for my number so that a manager can call me back. We shall see....
Anyone else had this happen? (in among all the rest of the mess of this promotion!)0 -
HI I have 2 aero pamper vouchers and called the local beauty salon (Aberdeen) only to be told they had withdrawn from the offer due to Nestle mucking them about. I have called the helpline twice now and no-one has called me back. I am going to write and complain. Also wanted to use one in Glasgow as I am down there a lot and waiting on the beauty salon calling me back. They have been overwhelmed by calls. Has anyone had any luck with Glasgow yet?0

If anyone is waiting for a reply from nestle you could be in for a long wait. ive been waiting for months and not had a reply after i complained about an earlier promotion. but it seems that nestle dont do any of the work on the promotions. they farm all the work out to promoters and it seems nestle dont keep an eye on what they are doin, and from the lack of response i dont think they care.0

As an activity provider we have just had a flood of bookings from Nestle, they started coming yesterday & haven't stopped.
They seem to be quite behind in the bookings, we've chosen to contact people directly when Nestle have given their names and number. Some of the people we've spoken to booked over a week ago, so just hang in there if you have tried to make bookings.
We've also had people telling us they've rung up Nestle and they said we weren't on the system, others have booked 2 in and only 1 name has been sent to me, so it sounds a bit of chaos in the office.0 -

I give up  I booked a clay pigeon shooting session via the kitkat phone number as it wasn't showing on their website....it's meant to be this saturday so babysitter sorted and we were waiting for the confirmation letter to come through with directions etc...message left on aswerphone today saying it's been cancelled as they only offer it once a month on the first saturday of the month  so I'm to call back again and re book...not a happy bunny...especially since hubby only gets one saturday off every six weeks of so.....bah humbug:rolleyes:
On the upside I had a really nice pamper massage last week...not all bad I suppose...0 -
Nestle do not have it down when us suppliers are available.
All people that have been passed onto us, we have had to ring to tell them what dates we are available, one person has cancelled as they're not suitable, still awaiting three others to ring back.
It's very difficult to deal with people that think they have a booking, but they have only made a provisional booking with Nestle making up any dates.0 -
I used my voucher (Kit Kat) today. I'd called Nestle when the website was downed and they'd booked me in for 21st April.
Last week the activity centre (Clay Pigeon shooting) called and I was able to get booked for today (along with 2 other Kit Katters).
Great activity. Don't know what others can expect but as for my experience :
Loan of Ear Defenders / Gun
25 Clays
Tuition (there was 3 of us)
Don't know how much it normally costs but the £2.50 spent on the egg seems like a bargain. Well done "South West Shooting School".
The missus had a 15 minute massage with her Aero egg and we paid £9 for a further 15 mins.0 -
Came across this Forum by accident when I was looking for some info about it all.

Its a forum for saloon workers / owners. Shows what they have to say about some of the customers there getting.0
