    I used it - and they were pretty helpful - although i didn't get anything sorted. They said more activities/places to do them, are being added all the time.

    been following this thread as we as a family hoping to go gokarting.
    Before easter the website allowed you to browse at your leisure.

    You would enter postcode and all local activity options came up

    Now i discover a telephone number with 3.36 pence per minute and no estimate to time length

    I have written to watchdog - i suggest we all do and they may take it up.

    I think the pre pay phone lines have been set up to help with the financial burden of this offer :mad:

    00800 6378 5385, which is manned Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

    Isn't this phone number two numbers too long?

    It lets me put in a postcode on the gifts for women, but on the activities for men it still says to call a phone number. Could you tell me where to put in a postcode on the men's gift? Or do you have a different Web address? The one I'm using is: http://www.nestlepromotions.co.uk/eastergiftcertificate/kitkat/

    Phone number not working now, saying offices are closed, the ex directory no is the same message as the 0845 number, watchdog is on, watch it they just talked about Easter egg woes coming up next !

    just been on Watchdog.

    Nestle say they are working towards reinstating their website so people can book on line

    and EVERYBODY SHOULD GET THEIR EXPERIENCE !!!!

    Sorted, Watchdog got on the case ! Nestl! said "there has been some confusion in this and we have taken the website down and replaced this with a number and put more operators on the line, they are working on getting the website back up" hopefully this should be sorted soon but still not good enough and we will get our experience, we shall see ha ha but fingers crossed im quite excited

    no longer miserable in debt.... :T but dont know how to change my id!!:beer:
