I am really struggling with this!!! I rang up on 13th April - thought I would be crafty and get in early before the Easter rush. Got straight through and wanted to book on the Zorbing. Was told I would be called back in a couple of days.

It got to Tuesday this week and I still hadn't heard anything so rang up and spoke to 3 different people who promised me a call back. Eventually ended up with a voicemail at half 7 saying someone would ring me the next day to arrange booking. Nothing!!!

So I've spent all the last two days ringing the 0870 number and 0845 number but have just been on hold, once was for over an hour (the hold music was drummed into my head permanently :):)). I even emailed the Zorbing company to see if they had received my booking but they said they haven't. They said they haven't had any through for a while but have had lots of enquiries. They have since emailed to say they managed to get through to the company (no idea how they managed it!!) and were told there were 50 bookings waiting to go through, and that they were very busy etc etc!! Who'd have guessed an Easter offer would be busy after Easter hey!!

I even tried ringing the 01525 number out of sheer desperation and she said that....you guessed it they are very busy and she can assure me that people are answering the calls. She couldn't put me through to anyone or offer any other numbers just keep trying!! So much for getting it booked in for my boyfriend's birthday next Tuesday!!!

On hold now....fingers crossed maybe they will take pity on me and answer my call!!!:grin: My call is moving up the queue and will be answered shortly.....ho hum!!

Woolworths in Altrincham have a few of these Easter eggs left with the pamper or experience vouchers for £1 (depending on whether you get the Aero or Kitkat), I've just got back from there now.

Just bought some eggs in poundstretcher for 99P Kit Kat and Nestle Aero both have the certificates but you must book activities by a certain date.:j
  • Hi,
I think that I should point out that Nestle are not covering the costs of the beauty treatments.
I can't speak for the activity vouchers, but as a Beauty Therapist who is taking part in offering the pampering treatments I can say that Nestle are relying on Therapists to offer a minimum of only 3 treatments each salon, free, in exchange for having our details on their website.
They sent letters to salons in January (quietest time for us) promising that loads of salons would be taking part, and all we had to do was to agree to give a minimum of 3 x 15 minute treatments per salon, and, in exchange, we would have their wonderful marketing and website to advertise our salons on.
I agreed to do this, as it is a great idea, but have now found myself to be the only Beauty Therapist to be offering treatments in my town!
I am doing more than three, and will fit in as many as financially possible (as I also have to make a living) between now and September.
I feel that Nestle have not thought this through properly and that this will reflect badly upon the Therapists who are taking part in this offer.
I feel really sorry for Parents who have bought eggs for their children.

Website Is Working Now (activities) as people have said, however, there are LOADS less activitites available then there were when I first bought the egg, about 2 weeks before easter. Ok if you like golf!
  • Managed to pick up Kit Kat Eggs in Huntly, yes, you can imagine there are nott too many companies supplying treats within a 20 mile radius. Anyway they were only 50p each and I had previously spotted Clay Pidgeon shooting on the Kit Kat website, which was just about 3 miles from where I live. (Aberdeen). Lo and behold, today the only details on the website are about Golf. With everything else being removed. Will hold on to my vouchers to see if matters get rectified, but given all the comments from suppliers on here, it looks like everyone has been dupped by Nestle.

The comment that they (Nestle) are too busy, doesn't wash with me, they produced the amount of eggs, with vouchers, (which have been sold and they have received the payment for) so they must expect some percentage of people to apply for the package. It is about time that companies that diliberately mislead the public, to boost revenue, are taken to task by trading standards. I do feel sympathy for the local traders who are being forced to provide treatments/activities and are caught up in bad publicity, through no fault of their own.
