Free activities when you buy a Kit Kat Easter egg

The website no longer has lists of venues where the activity vouchers can be used, but instead a phone number for golf, and a phone number for everything else - which is DEAD!0

Got a last minute deal on a cruise,
Just booked my free Hair cut thanks to Hair group offers ( and info on mse of course) and was hoping for a free facial and manicure to get me in the mood and looking the part.
I have the eggs ( 2 for £4.99 at Tesco last week)
I have the vouchers
I have salons in my area
The phone lines are dead
So if anyone is going round the Med next week and sees a really haggard OLD BAG lady ( with a nice hair do) - blame Aero !!0 -
i can see this ending up on watchdog
There will be hundreds of people who have these over the weekend, more so once they reduce even more:eek:  :eek:0 -
Not a happy easter bunny...
Have just managed to speak to someone at nestle, tried calling the number on the website - line was dead so tried calling the golf number and fairly rude lady gave me this number to call instead - 08704460242 - for anyone wishing to book their activity.
Got through even though it says they are only open mon-fri 9-5, just hold on and someone should answer - although remember you are being charged for your call - but my call was answered fairly quickly. When I got through and asked how much notice i need to give when booking my activity, I was told 4 weeks. I asked the girl if it said that anywhere on the terms and conditions and she said no, but they had received such a high volume of interest that it was that long. I'm really disappointed as I was planning to use my vouchers this weekend to go go-karting, and as it doesn't mention the time required to book anywhere, thought it shouldn't be a problem. How silly of me!!!
Basically, nestle launched this promotion without taking into account what kind of response they would get and now cannot cope with it. To start off with, you could view activities near you on the website and then you were meant to call the venue and book with them, stating the nestle gift certificate offer - which seems like a reasonable way of doing things to me!
However, they then changed this to calling a number on the website, which you get charged to call, i might add, and booking through them. However when you call, you have to give them two dates when you will be available to do your activity for approx 4 weeks in the future, and wait to hear back from them in 5-7 working days. The whole process is ridculous and there are a LOT of disappointed people out there, I've no doubt. I think it really does need to go to watchdog, these companies are happy to take your money, but then can't deliver the goods...happy easter eh?!?! Haven't actually booked anything yet, as now need to sort out a time when I'll be free again - but all seems like too much effort.:mad:0 -
I've heard there will be a short airing on Watchdog on Monday0

First post so Hi to all, great site....
Nestle seem to have sorted this out now in time for Easter Sunday. Webpage is working at www.nestlepromotions.co.uk/eastergiftcertificate/
I have just selected a pamper session local to us, phoned the corresponding number which was answered quickly by a pleasant lady at Nestle who took our voucher number and details. You need to give two dates when you would be available. Nestle liase with the company supplying the treat/experience and you will recieve a phone call confirming your booking. The pamper/experience is 100% free.
If you are flexible with your dates it might make sense, as I did, to let them choose the day/date.
Oh, they are very busy :-)0 -
A local Pondstretcher/Instore has the eggs at £2.99 yesterday.butterfly )i(0

Good to see it's up and running for the pampering experience. I got an Kit-Kat myself (cheers Easter Bunny!) and am looking to book an activity experience. Unfortuatly there is no search option on the website for the activity experience, and they want us to book us an 0845 number  Will still ring up and find out what's available, as always great to try out something new0 -
hi
Took my children shopping to chose their own easter
eggs. Spotting a bargain my son changed his chosen egg for a kitkat egg. Whoopee look mum, I can have a free activity if I choose this kitkat egg.
Imagine his dissappointment when inside (not outside) in the small print were the words. " These activities are for over 18yr olds. ! !!!!!!!!!0
