just found my receipt from the last promotion showing that vouchers can be obtained without the qualifying spend - I think it had something to do with the trimmer being reduced but registering as full cost on the till, we will have to look into this further I think on the next promotion :rotfl:

It's because the No7 free High Lights voucher hasn't worked so the SA put it through as a "Boots Coupon", which is completely different from normal coupons as it is selected from the payment screen, see how it appeared after the total? Mag coupons will usually appear before the total as they are money off, not payment. Hope I make sense lol :)

Bargain! I thought i did well getting some for £2.00 each a bit ago, but your find is bloomin' marvellous!
Quit a rare find reduced may i add, and the colours are lovely and are luckily ones i use so were a great buy for me in the end :D
Well done you! :T just hope you left some for your fellow local bootsers ;)

I did, there were loads of the highlighters too, the ones with the three different coloured squares, but having got some of each of the 'free' highlighter powders, I decided to give them a miss!!

 It was £3.49 on the shelf, I used the £2 voucher and paid £1.49, perhaps you had it on clearance?

I find Boots till receipts quite confusing especially if you're a bit flustered after the 3rd visit to the till so thanks for pointing this out I'm sure it will help us newbies immensly.

Its weird the way they list the points as well, I have to think which are kiosk vouchers and which are from mag

I actually watched an SA open a new box of magazines and put them on the shelf. I snaffled a few and there wasn't one sample in any of them!
