  • My local boots is only tiny and doesn't have clearance stuff very often so I have to make the most of my day off and travel a little further afield.

Today I went to Boots in Kings Lynn and brought the following

    sale 1
    S&G Blueberry jelly wash £5.00
    used 200 magazine voucher
    used 200 acm voucher

Cost £5.00 but got 400 points & hair care voucher

    sale 2
S&G Pin Doctor gift set reduced to £7.50
used 200 acm voucher - till bleeped but SA put it through manually
Then she asked if I had another magazine voucher - of course I did!
So she put that through - till bleeped but she over-rid it! Even though it clearly states not pink she put it through anyway.

Cost £7.50 but got 400 points & another hair care voucher

    sale 3
    Shaver cleaner thingy's for DH
Cost £5 but got another hair care voucher

    Sale 4
S&G Leg Relaxer Green Gel reduced to £2.50
used 200 acm & magazine voucher for another 200 (till bleeped for both but SA over-rid them!)

Cost £2.50 but Mr Boots gave me 400 points to take it away!

    Sale 5
John Frieda Straightening balm reduced to £1.99 - used 1 haircare voucher

    Sale 6
John Frieda Frizz Ease £1.99 - used 2nd haircare voucher

On my way out, noticed another stand with clearance stuff - spotted some Toni & Guy shampoo with clearance sticker of £2.00 - used 3rd haircare voucher.

The SA was lovely and said I obviously knew how to save points as I now had £52 on my card!!!! Daren't tell her that they have accumulated since I started spending in the new year many of which had come from glitches on this site!

Then went to Wilkinsons & got a kingsize slumberland electric blanket for my mum reduced from £20.00 to £5.00.

I nipped in today too & spotted them. I was about to post that I'd seen them but wasn't sure re the price. They had a hand written barcode though so was gonna get then price checked...no need now.
    Did ask re the S&G Glow gift set...£10 ( I think )
    Suede sanctuary...didn't ask.
Didn't see any reduced S&G washes either.

I need a pal to shop with as going solo is dull & no one to scupper away with when the glitches don't come off ...LOL.

LOL, i know what you mean. No-one seems to understand the power of Bootsing!! I'm gonna be there tomorrow afternoon if you want a friend, lol. I need 300 more points to get £25 on my boots card. I want to get some straightners as they are cheap at the moment!!

Had to go for an eye test today (really bad news:( but I won't bore you with the details) I decided to go bootsing to make myself feel better. Loads of hatboxes @ 4.50. Wasn't tempted though - xmas one is nicer. No S&G sets, they must've all gone:mad: They had loads the other day when they were 7.50. Sale section was rubbish as per usual - Luton branch.

DD got an ACM voucher today for 5.00 off digital processing WYS 10.00. I have a 2.00off WYS 10.00ACM voucher + 3.00off mag voucher. I wonder if I could get 10.00 worth of pics for free. Will have to go to my fav SA for this to work:D

pollsdolls, thanks for the tip regarding e-bay:A I hadn't thought of looking on there. TBH I am not really sure how e-bay works:o I've never bought/sold anything on e-bay. Do I need to open a paypal account?
Sorry you have had bad news,
I had never bought or sold on Ebay till a few weeks ago, sine then I have bought a few things, I found it easy. I think it is best if you have a paypal account, so easy to pay.
