Do you mean the claims for the cashback or for the insurance?

If it is for money back - you need to send the bill to:

I was actually looking for the form.. I wasnt sent a form when they dispatched the phone. And I cant find a link to download the form..so I a bit lost as to where I can get the form to fill in my first claim.

Hi,
When I received my phone (E2save) they sent me an email with an attachment that was the cashback claimform.6 parts on 1x A4 sheet and you just cut the parts off and fill them in as and when you need to.

Beware the information E2Save sends you. It's often intentionally wrong. I recommend you read all the many threads on them before you potentially make the obvious mistakes based on what they have told you!

Ok...problem solved...

I just called CPW, my 9th called this week. And I finally got thru to an advisor...who said that i just need to send the bills in...

so
