SKY Box Freeview channels?

We have a freeview box but changed to sky for a year. Now we want to change back to freeview but the cable is changed over to a sky connection and the I assume connected to the sky dish.
I bought a plug that will convert the sky cable into the freeview box but the freeview box says it isn't getting a signal.
What do I need to do?0 -
You need to connect your Freeview Receiver to an aerial, not a Sky Dish, different technology altogether.0
