Hi fellow challengers
I'm just taking a break from listing as many things as I can. I'm up to 200 in my turbolister and am sitting surrounded by things to keep on listing so I can start all the sales tomorrow evening. I've even taken a day off work when the auction finishes to get them all packaged up and to the post office, hopefully with minimal stress for me... OH is watching the rugby and ironing the clothing items I'm selling so I can take good photos of them. :j
I'm so pleased to be doing this challenge, it's the kick up the backside I've needed to have a right good clear out and seeing that total creep up will be much more fun than I had buying all this stuff in the first place.
Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.I joined the 21k debt free in 2 years head to head challenge 12 December 06
Started at £20,170.01 December 06
Currently...£4,687.210 -
I have managed £41.50 so far, I have some things ending tomorrow night which are currently totalling £3.96 but lots more to list tomorrow night which should go for more. Will try and get photos done in the morning. Not going too badly, when I signed up I thought £100 was unachievable, not any more!0

Just put my first 5 items on Ebay, so wish me luck!
Could have put on more, especially as it's a free listing day, but as I haven't done it before I am going to see how it goes. Does anyone know how you find out when a free listing day is?0 -

You get an email and announcements on the site. They tend to happen every few months, no regular pattern though.
Well done on getting started, once your first times sell you'll be hooked. Good luck.0 -
Ive not done this challenge before but am really getting into being a DFW so going to give it a go. plus have seen a really nice pair of shoes for the 3 weddings I have this year (wearing same outfit to all three weddings,) so want to get some money together to pay for them.
Sold a new hob that we brought but never used 18 months ago for £38 profit, so I think my target will be £100 which will cover shoes and a bit for credit card.MAY NSD's

Well I'm just listing a load of my DS's newborn and 0-3 month clothes and I can't believe how small they are compared with how big he is now. Really sad, but looking forward to being able to clear some space.0

Aw, it's so sad, isn't it? I kept everything from first baby, and dragged the whole lot out about a month ago to wash and sort out for the imminent arrival - couldn't believe how tiny some of the little suits are (DS is 3 now!).
I've done nothing so far for this challenge due to house move circumstances, just hoping that we can get moved and organised and have a last minute end-of-month rush!0 -

We haven't got the room to keep all his clothes for the next baby so we're just keeping the neutral stuff and will buy when no.2 arrives, we also had so much stuff bought for DS that we had more than we needed really.
Good luck for your imminent arrival, can't believe you are moving house so close to your due date, very brave lady. I was virtually housebound by the end of my pregnancy so couldn't imagine trying to move house.0
