TESCO MOBILE- unwanted numbers in phone book

My Mum has a Tesco mobile. The tariff and phone are just right for her.... but the phone book is full of tesco numbers. I've got rid of them but they come back! THey are at the beginning of the phone book, i did manage to change the 'symbol' before the word so that they weren't at the beginning but then... hey came back. Any ideas????

They can't be removed from the SIM memory.

The only way around is to set the phone to use the phone memory only, and ignore the SIM memory. Not all phones can do this.

Thank you- i'll give it a try. We don't mind the customer services but it's the stuff like tesco flowers, tesco direct.......blah blah ...etc.
