problems with 3 on cheap nokia 7600
Has anyone else had problems with 3 on the nokia 7600 cheap £4.99 a month deal from carphone warehouse?
Apart from having appaling coverage in my area, 3 are never on time sending my monthly bills. I am now due my 6th bill to send to the carphone warehouse (issued on the 8th and due around the 15th) but it has not yet turned up. When I phoned them 2 weeks ago they assured me it had been despatched and to send another one out would cost me £5 and take 10 days to reach me.
When I told them that it would put me out of the 28 days redemption time limit they told me to send a print out of my bill from the internet, which I have done. They assured me carphone warehouse would accept this.
Has anyone else had to do this or has the same problems. (its not the first time the bill has been late)? Does carphone warehouse accepts printouts & how long does it usually take for the cashback to arrive?
