Help Needed on CPW contract

Hi
I got a contract with CPW which i upgraded on march 2007 and is about to end in march 2008.When i called this morning to cancel the contract they said i upgraded last time 2 months early so i should stay 2 more months with them.
But when i upgraded my contract in march it means i agreed for 12 months from march.when i asked this the lady kept me on hold for 45 mins and didn't responded.
Can i do any thing on this.they been so rude to me about this

Hey,

Sometimes networks do a "contract extension" in order to give you an early upgrade - essentially this means that if you want to upgrade after only 10 months of a 12 month contract, then they will sometimes let you do so, as long as you agree to another 14 months commitment, rather than another 12 months.

However, if this is the case, they obviously have to inform you of this before you accept the offer.

If in doubt, write to them.

thanks for the reply.
yes i upgraded the contract a month early.but i agreed for 12 month contract on new contract.so i started recieving bills for the new contract from the date of upgrade.so when i finished the upgraded contract why should i pay for the term which i missed in the last contract?
