Agree, contact the RM delivery office. No point contacting Amazon - its not their fault.
Or change your delivery address. whats the point of having large items delivered to a home address if you are never there during the day. deliver to work/relatives address.Wiggly:heartpulsFB0 -

Thats not as bad as parcels being left in the rubbish bin and a card put through the door saying a parcels in the bin or a parcel in our green garden waste bin but in both instances i dont think the parcels were delivered by RM but by a courierNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20 -

As many peeps have said its not Amazons fault at all its The Royal Mail. Doorstepping is not allowed and when i rang the Delivery Office saying a parcel had been doorstopped they were livid. Give them a call and complain the item that I had doorstopped was a signed book worth £200 and was irreplaceable dont let them get away with it.0
