Got my Sagem and Hi-fi this morning. The hifi isn't bad at all, even has a remote control!

The Sagem comes with the standard chrome/aluminium facia, and also a lovely velvety-feel black facia. Very nice indeed!! 8)

???
Having just come off the phone from Customer Services, it seems that there is a statutory 7-day wait before they will chase up any orders fro more than 2 phones...
I was asked to call back on Friday if phones not recieved???
Don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth and i appreciate they must have tons of orders to process but i'm losing a bit of hope!!!0 -
The ringtones on my Sagem phone are very quiet . Is this because the battery is low or could my phone be faulty ? ???0

Both Sony and Sagem phones arrived today and are locked to their network. However I tried a Tesco Mobile sim card in the Sagem MYX-7 and it works ok, but that is probably because Tesco use O2`s network. Still, very please with what I got.0

Perhaps your volume setting is low. Set it to 4 under the settings menu (settings/sounds/ring tones/calls). If you set it to "+" the ringtone will begin very quietly, and slowly get louder the longer it rings. The ringtones on my Sagem phone are very quiet . The ringtones should be very loud... and the battery charge wont affect the volume. The loudest ringtone is "Boathorn"... I use it as my alarm to wake me up in the morning!
Some handy tips :
To put the phone into silent mode, hold down the * button for about 4 secs. (and do the same to go back to normal)
To lock the keypad press * followed by the left shortcut key. And to unlock the keypad, do the same.
Hope this helps!

You can also set the phone to auto lock the keypad after xx seconds. I've had one of these phones for a couple of months now, and great phone IMO. ;DPerhaps your volume setting is low. Got mine this morning. I am soooo pleased, even though it looks as though other half is after the phone and children are after the micro system!!
Wirm - chill, you will get your phone - have I been wrong yet?
