    Got this email from them today after I enquired about my order satus
    Dear wirm

    Thank you for your e-mail.

    Woolworths carries out security checks on a daily basis.

    These checks are in place for both our security and also to act as a safeguard to you, the customer.

    Your current order has been selected and we will now require further verification.

    Therefore if you could please reply to this email stating the card holder name, card holder address and the name of the bank that issued the card. These details must relate to the billing address of the order being held.

    We will then be able to confirm these details provided with our merchant services and release your order.

    Please do not send your card number via email as it is not a secure connection.

    Until this information is received by us we are unable to dispatch any of your outstanding orders and have currently placed them on hold.

    Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

  • Got my 2 myx7's both together on Friday pm. Nice phone - not tried the hifi yet but looks ideal for a youngsters Xmas pressie.

    Just to confirm what pink-winged said to JEP earlier today I've tried my work contract SIM in it and it works fine.

    Got to say - It's a bit tough on Jamie that he is still waiting, anyway in the meantime you got my vote for Most Useful Post

    My Sagem has arrived by parceline ;D I only ordered just that one... charging the battery for at least 4hours now, havent opened the hi-fi yet. the spare black express cover seems to be of different material... well it feels different anyway, but still plastic! the mobile review I read online mentioned that one disadvantage of this phone would be the size, but it's not much bigger from most phones, methinks! noticeably heavier though...

    anyways, very happy now. not having to call in sick after all ::)

    My phone arrived at 11.20 by parceline. I will have to wait for my hubby to return from work to put it together (sim card etc) I havent got a clue when it comes to gadgets.

    I have 1 other phone to come , my account still shows 'awaiting your reponse' . I have had an email this morning though from Woolies apologising for the inconvenience and that my order will be honoured. I shall hopefully get that phone in a few days. ;D
  • jus this second come of fone to cust services seems they have lost all records off my order :o mabe doing it in purpose cos i was one of first to order lol so no sign off order no sign off fone and cust services fonin back at 6:30pm (im on my 1hr lunch break from work finish at 6 ) so if i was u and u havent trecieved ure fones then give them a ring and make sure they havent lost your order!! :(
