There are still problems on the site, I found one in Medway and another at Heathrow which were not showing after you hit the red square. I rang the helpdesk who confirmed they were available but the site was playing up. They booked them for me over the phone. One bonus is that another night I booked earlier is showing as £0.00 on my receipt they tell me that unless it is spotted I will be 10 quid up and the room is secure sooooo beat that moneysavers!!!0

I have recently booked 2 nights in central London @£26 a night , which is still not bad at all ( train tickets £19 return from Leeds if anyones intersted). I eventually gave up on the tenner rooms. I found the trick with the travelodge website was to approach the pages `from a different angle` if that makes sense - meaning try different ways of searching , use the tenner and £26 links and also try the standard search. For £26 rooms this link worked well
https://www.travelodge.co.uk/offer_search/
but like I say if the offer you are looking for is not there try again later or use a different approach. ( remember to change the show 10 to show all , hope that makes sense)
Anyhow, back on topic. Lots of dates available at £26 for Leeds ( might be tenner ones but now showing right now) . It depends where in Leeds the cycling thing is as you have a choice of 3 .
1. City centre, well obviously in the city centre.
2 . Colton, This is in East leeds and very near the A1- M1 link so easy to find and has ample parking. Its about 6 miles from the city centre. It has a nice pub nextdoor and very near to temple newsham park and the very big Leeds cycle path.
3. Leeds Bradford airport. West Leeds , pub next door. about 10 miles from city centre. .
Hope this helpsOn the internet you can be anything you want. It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.0 -
Cheers, you're a star. Much appreciated!!

LOL,
Just re read your post and I thought that you put the Leeds cycling festival, that why I mentioned the cycle path . ( yes I feel silly now)
The carling festival ( as you probably already know) is near wetherby , north of Leeds. None of the lodges are really near but last year special buses ran from Tesco at seacroft to the festival ( i know cos tesco was full of people carrying cases of stella) . The lodge at colton is 2-3 mile away from Tesco so look into this as an easy way of getting there ( not sure about 1 way tickets).
If your driving in a car there are some £10 lodges about 30 mile away at Pontefract and Wolley edge but you might be struggling to find a nearby pub.
One last thing, don`t forget to lock your bike, its a big dodgy round here.

The same thing happend to me. I booked the Glasgow Airport one - which was not on the £10.00 offer - One night for £48.00 and it has come up as £0.00!
I was worried in case it had not booked me in!Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0 -
