Advice needed please! Overclockers has kept my money for a month...

I've just remembered why I stopped using them/was put off them. A few years ago I bought a hard drive which arrived and was fine, I then decided to use RAID set up so I ordered another identical one. This time my order was cancelled. I couldn't get a sensible answer by email so I called up and they explained to me in simple terms how they only deliver (at that time) to mainland UK. Which was funny because they delivered to me previously ok and not only that I WAS in mainland UK. But apparently according to them County Durham is in Ireland. And I had to explain to them geographically where it was, i.e. "well if you're not in Ireland where are you?" as if I was lying! I explained it was near Newcastle in the North East. They apologised and said it was a computer error because their system told them it was in Ireland which is strange considering as I mentioned I'd only ordered off them the previous week to the same address without problem. I can only conclude they had an over eager employee with serious geography deficiencies, nothing to do with their "computer system". I've mentioned this story before I think but I've only just remembered it was Overclockers that it was with.

Typical ocuk,once you start talking about legal proceedings they back down and do what they SHOULD of done in the first place.

This new guy they have in seems to be trying to turn them around but spie has really tarnished the name of ocuk beyond repair.
