Thanks Rog, they just sent the single page. So what do I do next? The letter they sent with it says that they will recommence collection methods in 7 days...
Have you already sent the 12+2 day letter, Lovella?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

they phone but i ignore them. been lucky today nothing so far, even though i have stated in both letters all contact is to be in writing.. i suppose one way is to say if they do give me a cca i still cannot pay them and £1 token payments is the only way to go...and see what they say..( all in writing of course )
Hi westmids. Have you used the harassment letters at all, or just added onto other letters that they must only write to you.....0 -
just added on to letters i sent ..if i get any more calls i will send the harrassment ones out.. just weighing up my options now ..thinking about token payments as for every letter i send out its sent recorded delivery..costing me money ..so i may as well be paying them something .0

Okay, Lovella - give them a couple of days to respond, but, in the meantime, I'm going to refer you to one of the 'classic' posts by weller711, in which she has, not only outlined the prescribed terms, but added a letter that can be sent when an application form, such as the one you received, is provided in response to a 'cca request'.

Please, if you do use the letter, remember to edit out the paragraph that refers to it becoming a 'criminal' offence if a cca is not provided within 30 days - this, unfortunately, is no longer the case.
Otherwise, the letter is fine - it worked, more than once, for weller and she went on to become, probably, this board's resident 'cca expert'.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. Hi all, wondered if I could pick your brains for your expertise.
I am sending out a CCA request and of course not signing the letter. Now, in terms of £1 payment, I don't want to send a cheque with my signature on it - but what about one signed by my husband? I'd be interested to see them cut and paste that onto an agreement taken out by me?!LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

You could always send a postal order too? That way no signature is required at all.LBM Nov 06 -Highest debt £37,000

Hi all, can someone direct me to the template for "Subject Access Request" I have searched but do not seem to be able to find my way to it. Also the subject access request does go to the DCA? or the bank or both?
Also re HFC I have complained to them for missing out the whole of the year 2004 but still have not received that year. Now over 2 months ago. What's my next step with this one?
Thanks in advance I know someone out there must have the same problems.
