    I have been sending CCA requests to creditors i am with CCCS they have been very supportive but i feel like i may want to do a self DMP .I mentioned sending CCA to CCCS i dont think it went down very well with them i actually felt really bad about mentioning CCA to CCCS .They said to me we are not just acting for you we are acting for your creditors too .I felt alittle let down as i suppose i just wanted CCCS to be on my side and didnt know that they wasnt .I feel like i have the confidence and know -how just from you guys to go it alone .
    I will keep up all updated on my progress

    so in short most CCA's for Littlewoods are invalid before at least mid 2006;)
    I'm lost on Littlewoods agreements, even the straightforward one's seem to be confusing :rotfl:

    Makes interesting reading - will see what happens next - I feel a letter coming on!! ;)
  • I sent mine last monday, so got a week to send me out the CCA, got a loan of £11.5k and a cc of £1125 too.
    Not sure what to do next tho.
    a) if they dont send a signed agreement
    b) if they do
    NatWest Loan - £12,090.06 Mum/Dad - £14,750 TOTAL £26,840.06
    As of 01/01/2010 - DFW Date - 01/12/2014 59 MONTHS TO GO

    I or should i say we (my wife and i) have despatched one creditor that had a signed agreement, but not in the correct form, in only a minour way, so wait and see what they come back with before worrying about it

    Well you can spend a week or two reading the CCA act 1974, and all the relevent statutes surrounding it, or just post a scan, (less personaly identifyable details) hopefully you should give you an answer :)
