OMG! lm doing my own head in! lm must be doing yours aswell!!! Sorry!!

    1) Cohens put a claim through mcol
    2) Aknowledged claim, and put in part admission, filled in section 11, making offer etc.
    3) Next, letter from cohens saying "as you know, you have ccj entered against you" We had nothing official from court so rang northampton who said nothing had been registered there.
4)Had an AQ to fill in from our local county court which we filled in and this is where it has been struck out as cohens didnt fill in their AQ apparently.

Does this make it clearer or worse!!

Have you received WRITTEN confirmation from the court the case has been struck out?

Sorry for the delay - I think that the following post may be most applicable:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=7869437

I have maged to scan the document but not sure how it will come across. Link below

    http://s583.photobucket.com/albums/ss279/smiler175/

I am struggling to understand if the prescribed terms are there and if I can take the next step.

Could someone please check it for me or guide me in the correct terminology??? I know that it should have interest rates, Repayments and a credit limit. The credit limit sectionis very woolly, the interest rates are generic and the repayment section is huge!!!

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi,

looking at it, it seems very much like a leaflet, that anyone could have really. its hard to read but i could not spy a specific credit agreement on it either. i think it may just be a generic leaflet.

    That's because they're not there

Where's the rest of the document, the front part showing your name / address etc., etc.,

What they've sent you could apply to any Tom, !!!!!!, or Harry.

You want the agreement that applies to YOU

Right... hmmmm.... so I have sent a CCA ad they have not complied, they have until Friday to send the correct info then time is up. They s on their letter that they have fullfilled their obligations and that the doc you have just seen is all they have to provide.

I have also requested my SAR although there will not be many charges - less than a 10 as I called them asap to go on a payment plan. But, the letter I sent stated quite clearly that I wanted a true copy of the executed agreement.

What should I do next? Should I send the Dispute letter on Monday?

Thank you so much for helping me understand all this - it really is an education!!

    Nothing

If you've sent a SAR, part of that request is they supply a CCA

Wait & see what they send back.
