Don't really need to say any more than that! I was just about to order a phone off there, but saw loads of sites saying don't buy off there you don't get the things they say you will!
Any ideas??

I bught a black razr v3 a couple of weeks ago and it was delivered the next day with everything they said I would get. Got a cheap tarrif that nobody could match - just need to remember to post my first 3 months bills for cashback. Thought they were excellent!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I bought a phone from them about a year ago. The phone came when they said it would, the bits and pieces they promised were in the bag, the cashback they promised arrived ... I didn't have a problem.

Beware, I am still awaiting my first cashback - now 11 months into contract.
I get a sms message saying its being paid, two months later an e mail its in your bank - it still isnt. Avoid them like the plague.0 -
I got a phone on one of the o2 tarriffs off them last year. It was supposed to come with double minutes for the 1st 3 months but when my first o2 bill came I had only been given my standard allowance. Both Dialaphone and o2 blamed each other.
Dialaphone after sales customer services is very poor in my experience. The facility to contact them via their website is useless as they always just write back and say you need to ring us as we can't help you via email. I haven't found an alternative to their 0870 number and you tend to spend ages in the queue waiting to talk to someone.
Basically i'd say they were ok as long as you have no need to coontact them again once you've taken delivery of their phone.
However, I must add I got 3 lots of cashback from them as promised with absolutely no probs at all.
Hope some of that helps!0 -
Used them twice. Currently in to Month 10 of a "3" contract and so far have received all cashback promised. Just got one cashback left to claim at month 12.0

I used Dialaphone a few years ago with a cashback offer on Vodafone. Cashback was always on time direct to my bank account. Very quick delivery and everything i expected from them in my delivery was received. Never had to contact them about anything though so I could not comment on customer service responses.0

They are ok but I always send the voucher for cashback 'signed for', just in case they deny having received them.

Order online and you get £10 off.
Order online via https://www.dialaphone.co.uk/theworks and you get an additional £40 off. Bah order online via https://www.dialaphone.co.uk/youatwork and get £45 off instead.
So you can get an extra £55 off the prices. IE £2.99 per month on a twelve month contract becomes -£1.66 a month.
If you have logged into rpoints you may also be able to get some rpoints as well, or even better with https://www.quidco.com, but I never intended to get the rpoints there was obviously just a cookie on my machine or I have previously visited dialaphone through them and it picked it up. So that netted me a further £6.
So on my deal (because I only knew at the time about the theworks and not the youatwork link (and therefore I only know because I used it that the theworks link works) I got £56 extra cashback!
So only online appears to be better, oh yes and I got a free clock!!!! Totally useless but free....0
