Moving to Cardiff - need information on renting please

the bay is the most pricey, landmark place is now fully sold so many resell properties worth a look at, also some are rented out at £400 a month fully furnished the style varies so you must look at each one as some are really little boxes.
The concierge knows any that are due to be let i think he may get a back hander for introductions so he maybe the best bet to see any apartment, also worth staying there whilst you look around one weekend and you will see the pros and cons of the place same at ocean reach on the bay etc.my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0
