Not wishing to be rude but are you on drugs? Whats this bend in the breeze thing??.
Read the whole post and you will see apart from living in a village and not having decent transport(i live in a village so know what local services can be like)they also have kids that need regular hosp app.So the car is ess to keep them going, plus there seems to be some misunderstanding about prices.Dalip
wouldnt mind some drugs
it means dont fight everything, lifes way too short, let em have the car, there must be thousands of bangers for sale within 10 miles, and who needs one that much?
too many people on here make "the car" the priority, crikey, your wiping away £50K of debt, whats the car worth?
but you pick faults in all i say dalip so why am i replying?.....0 -

I don't know why you are replying! It's just that sometimes you answers are just so spaced out.lol.Please tell me what was the "bend in the breeze" is all about?.Ok so you bring a lighter side to things(and that is appriciated) but there is a time and place for everything but i feel this forum is for serious posters.Sorry if i offend you but i got confused by what you were actually trying to say.Your last post makes it clearer.DalipFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Just out of interest Max if she gets another car how does she pay for all the expenses a car intails if she isn't allowed them in her SOA

is she NEEDS a car the expenses are allowable (just as if for the current vehicle), personally im the sort who, in the face of a stroppy OR, is likely to say fetch it, its outside on fire......0

But the OR is sayiing she can't have any car not just that one.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

maxmycardagin you are right, we have wiped away 50k worth of debt, and it is just a car.
Please dont think for one minute we are complaining but because of our family set up and where we live it is a hell of a lot more convenient to have a car then not. We have just outlined the facts to the OR if after that she still says it has to go then we will accept it, it is worth a try at least.
Now where are those matches lolBankrupt on 7th february 2008
