I eat well, exercise well, yet i'm always tired and some days can only be out of bed for 12 hours.

I awoke today at 11am and i've been running on empty since around 8pm

erm red bull, smarties, and erm coffee, oh and archers

yes depression does make you tierd hun, physically and emotional
go get a choc bar, or erm a sandwich

Today I went out for a drink (Tea) as flatmate finished work early and again flatmate talked about lady who served me fancying me, which I laughed off.

Friendly lady, but I didn't fancy her, not that this would make a difference if I knew someone and liked personality, but on first look..........no.

Hun, I know what you mean re tiredness. I think it's often trying to keep all the emotions in check, wears you out, y'know?

I'd just go with the flow, if you need to rest, then rest...

Nah, this woman was nothing like i'd go for. A bit too masculine I wouldn't know if a female liked me if she stripped naked. I'd think she wanted to ask me if she had any rashes
