Not too bad....

Today I went out for a drink (Tea) as flatmate finished work early and again flatmate talked about lady who served me fancying me, which I laughed off.

Friendly lady, but I didn't fancy her, not that this would make a difference if I knew someone and liked personality, but on first look..........no.

Does anybody have any 'wide awake' tips?

I'm guessing depression makes you tired?

I eat well, exercise well, yet i'm always tired and some days can only be out of bed for 12 hours.

I awoke today at 11am and i've been running on empty since around 8pm

I have picked up many of your great British sayings over the years

Tiff knows you are the biggest culprit, despite your protests

She left a Toffee Crisp in the garden and when she came back it was gone and the only evidence was a garden gnome with chocolate on it's face
